Wintertime needs colours, especially for kids (or grown up kids 🙂 Use two contrasting gradient yarns, scraps or plain colours – no matter how, these mitts will be fabulous and knit up quickly.
Instructions are written for kids and adult sizes and can be adapted to fit any size!
Perfect for fingering, sport or DK weight yarns, scraps or gradients.
Techniques used are:
– knitting in the round
– simple increases and decreases (left and right leaning)
What you need:
~50-100g fingering yarn (400m/100g) in your favourite colours, be it two gradients, scrap yarns or solid colours.
- 5 double pointed needles 2.5 or 3mm
- 2 stitch markers
- Tapestry needle to sew in ends
